Barrow-in-Furness Ticket OfficeThe ticket office at Barrow-in-Furness is temporarily closed, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Customers are advised to buy their tickets from the ticket vending machines or from the Northern app prior to boarding the train. Those wishing to pay using cash are advised to collect a 'Promise To Pay' voucher from the ticket vending machine, and show this to the Conductor on the train who will be happy to issue the required tickets. Staff at the station will be available to help, or call our Customer Experience Centre 24/7 on 0800 200 6060.
